Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa follows the recommended COVID-19 regulation set forth by the Nova Scotia Health Authority.

RESORT AND RESERVATION POLICIES:

  • Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Resort Quiet Time: 11 PM – 7 AM
  • Rates are subject to change and are quoted in CAD and do not include tax.
  • Valid Photo Identification for check-in is required and must match the reservation.
  • Age requirement: Primary guests must be at least 19 years of age to check-in. Government-issued Photo Identification is required, as well as a valid credit card or sufficient payment method.
  • Guests not listed on the reservation will not be granted access to check-in to a guest room, please call to add names to your reservation should you not be arriving together.
  • Guests are urged to book services in advance, though our team will try our very best to accommodate last-minute bookings, we cannot guarantee availability.
  • Roll-away beds are only available in cottages and are an additional charge of $10+HST per bed.
  • Mini Fridges are available in cottages and suites. Currently, Hotel rooms do not offer this amenity.
  • Extra Person(s) – Should you bring an additional guest(s) that is not noted on the reservation a $30+HST per person charge will apply.

CHANGE POLICY:

If you wish to modify a reservation that requires changes to Dining Reservations, Spa Bookings, Golf Tee-Times, and Special Events you may do so online if available or call direct and an associate will gladly assist you.

All modifications to reservations are required within 72 hours prior to arrival. If modifications are made within the 72 hours prior to arrival, additional charges may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa reserves the right to charge a one-night room rate plus applicable taxes for any reservations canceled or modified within 72 hours prior to arrival.

To cancel your reservation online, you must provide your original confirmation number or contact the Resort toll-free at 1-800-667-4637.

If you have reserved other Resort services during your stay, please advise us by emailing reservations@digbypines.ca or calling toll-free at 1-800-667-4637.

SMOKING/VAPING POLICY:

Smoking and Vaping inside Resort Buildings (i.e., guestrooms, cottages, meeting spaces, food, and beverage outlets, pool, spa, and all other facilities) are strictly PROHIBITED. If this regulation is violated and smoking has been detected inside Resort Buildings, a $300 penalty will be charged, Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa is authorized to charge this fee to your credit card on file.

Digby Pines is pleased to offer guest smoking areas, for more information please ask one of our associates.

PET POLICY:

Digby Pines is pleased to welcome pets to the Resort grounds and cottages. Pets are welcome in our cottages with a maximum of 2 pets per Cottage. A $40+HST charge per pet will be added to your account, Digby Pines also requires our Pet Policy Agreement to be signed upon check-in.

Please do notify us if you are traveling with a pet.
